DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tally Clerk – Shirazy Company.

1. Recording of Containers during loading into and unloading from the ship

at the berth.

2. Tallying the total number of cargo unloaded or loaded in a day.

Declaration clerk – Space Speed Freighters

1. Working out on Customs declarations

Sales Clerk – Halimat agencies

1. Looking for new clients.

2. Coordinating all the field operations with the main office.

Production clerk-Wanainchi Marine Products

1. Recording of all the incoming raw materials and finished products in the

processing hall.

2. Ensure the smooth flow of the raw materials in all the processing lines.

3. Tallying of the Total production at the end of the shift.

4. Determination of yield output per table on the processing lines.

Production supervisor-Wanainchi Marine Products

1. Ensuring processing guidelines are met in the processing lines.

2. Checking the attendance of workers to determine the amount of Raw

materials to be put for processing.

3. To ensure smooth flow in the lines to boost production.

4. Controlling the processing flow.

5. Coordinating the production process with Quality control.

Sanitation supervisor-Wanainchi Marine Products

1. Supervising cleaning and disinfections during breaks.
