Connecting of floating flexible Cargo Hoses & Leak tests; Controlling &

conducting of Ships loading/discharging operations; Monitoring of Ships at

SBM/FSO with help of Tugs; Safety checks & meetings; Cargo Survey & Tank

inspection; Documentations, Statement of facts, dealing with Protests,

Issue of B/L & Port Clearance. Part of the successful LNG/OET marine

terminal start-up operations at Prigorodnoye. Conducting safety audits, OSR

audits and vessel inspections. Piloting of shuttle oil tankers and LNG

tankers. Professional on all kind of ops on oil tankers/FSO vessels-

cargo/ballast handling and stowage, COW/purging/gas freeing and tanks

inspection, Deck maintenance, operating/maintenance on FMC custody metering

system.

Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy Merchant Marine Academy, Navigation Department,

(1988 - 1994)., grade - Engineer Navigator (OOW, equivalent 3rd Officer)

Certificate of Competency - Master Mariner (unlimited ) STCW A-II/2 Deck /
