Objective of projects is to build a data warehouse, and reporting applications supporting budget planning and

forecasting, Finance reporting and Partners Incentive payments.

Responsibilities:

• Performed roles of SDE and Analyst.

• Designed and Created a Domain Data Validation Framework. It is a solution to perform a Data validation check

of imported data against the Domain/Dimension tables. This framework is designed to use across projects

without changes to the code but require just a metadata change.

• Setting up MSRA (Microsoft Reporting Analytics) environment and its Metadata. I have got a very good

knowledge and understanding about MSRA Tool and its trouble shooting. It is a Reporting Tool used to create

an Excel based Ad-hoc Reports. It is a light weight, easily maintainable and customizable tool used across

many internal Microsoft projects.

• Designed MSRA Metadata population. I have created reusable solutions to setup the MSRA metadata to

provide an easy way of setting up the metadata for MSRA Reporting subject areas. It required strong T-SQL

skills, understanding of tool's metadata and knowledge of .NET Service Broker. This reusable framework was

also presented to other Microsoft teams having similar requirements and the solution was appreciated for its

simplified nature of metadata population task.

• Designed and Built a Data Feed Out program to facilitate the Data export feature for external sources to

consume data.

• Experience in Importing Fact and Domain Data from external sources, validate the data, transform the data

and merge with the existing data.

• Experience in Database Synchronization/Publish Programs to backup and restore the Datamart from Factory

server to Reporting server and refresh the Reporting servers

responsible for providing the reporting applications for analysis and business decision making.

This project involves creation of new reporting applications, supporting the current applications in the

Production, analyzing and fixing defects, and implementing change requests. I was Offshore-Onshore

coordinator where my work involved is communicating with client and coordinating Offshore for various tasks

This Project involved maintaining the existing production system and making system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Harley-Davidson Motor Company is an American manufacturer of motorcycles based in Milwaukee, United

States.

Talon.Net is a dealer management software system for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, US. Harley-

Davidson has over 400 dealers all over the world, who are currently using a dealer management system

developed using Clarion. The existing Clarion systems are going to be replaced with Talon.Net application.

Talon.Net application provides all the functionalities that a Harley-Davidson dealership requires, like selling

vehicles, managing customers, and handling service, accounting and vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Talon.Net Build worked involved the End-to-End development of the application. Involved in the development
