Directed the corporate Business Management System, Product Liability,
Customs and FTC Compliance, International Supplier Development,
Quality Engineering Management and supervised 4 professionals
including the test laboratory.
. Produced a 47% reduction in the cost of quality by leading
process and product improvements within 9 business unit.
. Reduced product liability risk by 62% through data driven
analysis and product/process improvements.
. Developed 4 suppliers in India for striking tools and 13
suppliers in Asia for lawn & garden tools, traveling 3 to 4
