• Project management role supervising and overseeing excavation, waterproofing, rebar and concrete and construction operations for URS Corporation, the construction manager on the US $8.3 Billion MTA’s East Side Access - LIRR project.
• Day-to-day contract execution and providing in-field inspection services and safety/quality oversight for four wellways and four shafts in Madison Yard including Caverns and Tail Tracks beneath Grand Central Terminal.
• Use of technical schematics to ensure accurate assembly and safe operation of hydraulic formwork.
• Technical report writing, including memos, letters, and emails to senior managers for tracking work progress and resolving technical field issues with contractor.
HVAC Engineer - Tower Project / Beirut – 2010
• Calculation of Cooling and Heating loads, selection of Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, Pumps, Cold water and Hot water demand, design of ductwork and piping for Abed Al-Mohsen & Ahmed Al-Belyawe Towers in KSA.
• The project’s target was to calculate the amount of Cooling Load required for each area in the Tower and to select Air Conditioning systems based on Trane/Lennox/Carrier/Daiken “comfortable zone” catalogue specifications.
Mechanical Quality Engineer - Oger Liban / Beirut / 2009 – 2010
• Mechanical quality control engineer in KSA Embassy in Beirut for HVAC pipeline and ducting system.
• Inspection and monitoring the installation of pipelines, ducts, pumps and HVAC components.
Project Engineer - Solidere / Downtown Beirut, Lebanon / 2006 – 2008
• Worked for the operation and maintenance of chillers, hydraulic machines, and motors.
• Monitored the construction of HVAC systems at work sites, included the Japanese, Australian, and British Embassies.

• Adsorption air-conditioning systems using methanol-activated carbon pair driven by solar energy.
The project’s main purpose was to replace the “Electrical Compressor” with a “Chemical Compressor” (Activated Carbon/Methanol) powered by solar heaters as a heat energy source and PV cells as an electrical energy source.
