Responsibilities Working with production departments to increase
production and decrease down time and waste through WCM
methodology, JIPM/TPM by focusing on man and method losses.
Also used Six Sigma, Kaizan events, blitz teams, Lean
manufacturing, SMED events, QWI’s improvements, and
restoring basic condition. Work with word, excel, power point,
and SAP.
As a supervisor was given the opportunity to lead several teams. One
team was chartered to reduce outsourcing of raw materials. The
team was able to completely eliminate the outsourcing and move
some inhouse work to digital imaging. The total savings from this
team was $1.2M annualy.
