Live on property management. Ed did all grounds and maintance. Did all repairs to storage

units and motel rooms. Light plumbing, some electrical, and minor carpentry. I took care

of all office duties. Did contracts, billings, payroll, refund checks, move-in and move-outs.

Took care of motel registration. We both did housekeeping and laundry. We left due to

company going to be sold so we moved to Boynton Beach, FL

Live on site management. We opened this motel and with in a year we added on a new

addition. The motel ended up with 62 rooms, 4 suites with jacuzzie tubs, an indoor pool

and hot tub. We did all set up for laundry rooms. We also had a sauna and exercise room.

We set up conference rooms cont. breakfast, we shared all holidays with our guest. We did

all management duties. The owner sold all of his companies.

I worked the front desk, all shifts plus the night audit. I worked housekeeping, laundry and

set up conference rooms. I was promoted to Sales Coordinator. Ed did pool maint.

Underground sprinkler system, plumbing, light electrical and worked on elevators.

As you can see we are very well trained in several fields. We both enjoy people and we

have fun doing our jobs. Our main goal is to show our guests that our home was their
