Web based application that allows Loan Administration business units to generate correspondence to

customers. The application merges data from the AS400 onto MS Word letter and gives the user the ability to enter

information when required. It utilizes HP Extreme Dialogue as composition engine.

QA Testing Engineer

This project is developed to find the doctors, Enroll for new plan, search for claims, and Refill a prescription

for Anthem health insurance plan. The position involved in QA testing of Client/Server and Web Applications of a

wide range of health insurance plans. Testing included new features, find the doctors, upgrades, enhancements,

production fixes and validating.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewed BRD and created the Test plan document defining the different test environments, entrance and

exit criteria into different phases of testing.
