As a private entrepeneur I am using my experience to help my clients
(institutions and private companies) . I am involved in property related
business such as acquisition, consulting/advising, investment, leasing
and asset management.
2007 – 2012 ECHO Investment SA Development manager
Echo Investment is one of the biggest Polish developer listed on the
Warsaw Stock Exchange. I joined the acquisition team to identify new
opportunities i n Budapest . Since the crisis hit the market T he role and
scope of work c hanged completely and more tasks were taken over.
Later I was responsible to maintain relationships between the
company and the political counterparties (on municipality and national
level) and also work ed as a development manager (acquisiti on and
leasing in both Hungary and Romania ).
2005 – 2006 AIG/Lincoln H ungary Marketing director
AIG/Lincoln is a market leader developer in Budapest/Hungary. As
marketing director my responsibility was to prelet IP West office
building (we achieved 50% occupancy before completion), to organize
the marketing and launch of Haller Gardens office building (32,000 m2)
and the Market Central brand (the first project is 45,000 m2) to the
market. I was in regular contact with the key agents, tenants (ie IBM,
HP, Nokia, EDS) and major retailers (ie. Tesco, Spar, OBI, Praktiker,
Decathlon, Hervis).
2002 – 2004 Transelektro Properties Sales director
Transelektro (TE) was one of the biggest Hungarian property developer
and investor company. TE Properties managed a real estate portfolio
(75 M €), containing 5 office buildings, 2 redevelo pment sites, several
industrial properties and new projects both in Hungary and outside the
borders. As marketing director my duty was to organize the
company’s presence at the most important fairs (e.g. MIPIM, MAPIC,
Expo R eal), design brochures, billboards a nd all the related work.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Healey & Baker are international pro perty
advisor companies. I was a member in the office agency team
(Business Space). We deal t with the large requirements of office and
industrial firms and served the financial investors . Most of my clients
(international companies and funds) and colleague s were non-
Hungarian origin.
1995 – 1998 Hungarian Fashion Institute Fair Organiser
Hungarian Fashion Institute organized twice a year a Fashion Days
Budapest with several hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of
professional visitors. It was a team of three organizers and every
related duties (marketing, sales, contruction etc) were shared. My role
was to maintain relationship with the selected sectors key players and
also deal with the smaller exhibitors needs.
