Global Manager, Supplier Quality and Development 2007- present
Responsible for developing internal processes for supplier performance management and development for an
$11B corporation. Provide Quality leadership in the Global Supply Chain team and lead virtual teams
comprised of site and supplier resources. Develop and implement best practices of supplier performance
management and deploy these best practices across the organization.
• Developed and implemented a Premier Supplier Development Process encompassing key operations
metrics. On time deliveries and incoming quality improved by 18% resulting in a total Cost of Poor
Quality savings of $1.8M.
• Developed and deployed an online Corrective/ Preventive Action application across global sites. This
application resulted in improved communication and cycle time of CARs. The project was awarded a
Gold Ring of Quality award from ITT, the highest quality award available.
• Led a global Supplier Green Belt Certification program in which key suppliers attended Green Belt
training in exchange for completing critical improvement projects. This initiative resulted in improved
