A $300 million, publicly traded, women's specialty retailer with a target

market of young fashion oriented women looking for casual to fashionable

styles at affordable prices. Operations consist of 226 stores in 24 states

throughout the east and southeast, including a catalog and internet

operation located in Jacksonville, Florida. Stores are predominately

located in enclosed malls, averaging 4,200 sq ft, and produce approximately

$1M in sales per year. Approximately 14% of overall revenue is derived from

an ecommerce operation which generates revenues through catalog mailings,

email, and website offers throughout the year.

Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for all financial activity for the company including the

treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, forecasting and insurance activities for

the organization. Directed the financial planning, accounting practices and

financial reporting requirements for the company. Managed the company's

working capital position and financial activities to ensure sufficient

liquidity to run the business. Proactively analyzed functional issues
