Led projects on rheological, thermal and mechanical characterization of

various coatings and resins from different business units (water/solvent

based, powder coatings). Led projects on solubility parameters for the

whole company.

. Led projects and interact with scientists/chemists internally and

. Defined rheological behaviors (flow/leveling, sag resistance,

recovery) during coating/refinish applications.

. Investigated and modeled curing process using rheology and thermal

dynamics and mechanical characterization during curing/drying of

. Evaluated thermal, rheological properties of NCC gels for NCC film

. Reviewed, analyzed, evaluated, problem-solved and improved the design and

operation of the pulp and paper processes.

liquor to achieve better combustibility, processability and energy

V Examined the key factors controlling the viscosity of black liquor and

identified an additive that can be used to significantly reduce black

. Developed new criteria for determining inline bubble stability during
