Muskegon, Michigan. Responsible for working with the Senior PM throughout the
subcontractor selection process, assisted with coordination of overall project scheduling
as well as the management of subcontractors involving various construction/production
activities. This complex job consisted of cleaning and disposal of two aboveground
storage tanks containing phorate, organophosphate insecticide (cholinesterase inhibitor)
utilizing Level A personal protective equipment. There was approximately 4,500 gallons
of material removed and placed in poly drums. Additional activities that were completed
in Level B include: Triple decon and labeling of drums and triple decon of heavy
equipment. Additional duties included managing the site personnel, led site orientation
training for CRA sub contractors, performed safety audits, air monitoring, tracking
safety/construction materials (i.e., stone, PPE, equipment, etc.), managing site
respiratory program, daily logs, and approved all costs

sampling of several unknown drums containing contaminated material. Construction
duties included safety and production supervision of environmental and general
construction work crews. The scope of work included the installation of wetlands, well
field construction activities, and environmental earthwork activities, which included
excavation and grading activities, as well as the handling of a sludge material. Health
and Safety duties included management of the site safety program, performed CRA’s
employee and subcontractor’s site orientation, operation of air monitoring instrumentation
(included a photoionization detector, four gas meter, calorimetric sampling pump, and a
