Launched Maine facility with 8000 DVDs and ten associates. Expanded operations to service all of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont with 42 associates, three quarters of a million discs and three nightly shuttles. Directly responsible for over two million dollars worth of equipment and inventory.

Maintained an on-time delivery rate of 99.1% while tripling employees and inventory, and training associates on new automation. Successfully maintained a .076 direct labor cost and low P&L while expanding operations.
