Sr. Project Manager: Initiate, design, inspect, troubleshoot, and
coordinate various aspects of high pressure hydraulic, pneumatic, and
electric control systems for the oil and gas industry. Over five (5) years of
experience in project management of BOP Control Units, Diverter Control
Units, High Pressure Test Units, and various other products. Over the last
several years have managed more projects at any given time and managed
more total projects than any other project manager at CAD. Responsible
for projects with various required classifications such as: ABS CDS, API
16D Monogrammed, CE/ATEX, and DNV. Daily activities are split into

ensure project quality, troubleshooting issues that arise during
production, and perform quality final inspection testing of equipment.
Supervise production in the preservation and packaging of equipment
for transit to the customer. Provide Documentation Department with
completed router package and any required project specific
documentation, operation manuals, certification, inspection reports,
etc.
Initiate invoicing with the Accounting Department for milestone
payments of projects in process and upon project completion.
Assist Inventory Department and Accounting Department in capturing
project component and labor costs.
Organize with the Logistics Department and customer to initiate,
schedule, and provide documentation for delivery arrangements of
equipment.
Arrange installation and commission plans of new equipment with the
Service Department. Support Service Deportment by helping design
upgrades, purchasing materials, customer relations, and manage
activities for any existing field equipment service / repair. Assist
service technicians in the field by providing them with drawings,
documentation, shipping out parts needed to complete job, and help
troubleshooting issues.
