Summary:
Lenore is a hard working individual looking to return the workforce. After
a little over a year of living and working in Montego Bay, Jamaica she
returned to New York and landed her most recent position at International
Safety Group. While assisting the CFO of a newly public company, her duties
included maintaining the books, creating invoices for labor & services, A/R
and A/P processing and reporting, bank reconciliations, processing 1099 and
other tax and SEC documents, compiling reports and assisting with audits.
Shortly after beginning work she was appointed as the payroll administrator
and implemented a more streamlined procedure for submission and processing
of timesheets and payroll while transitioning the company from a bi-weekly
to semi-monthly pay period. After being laid off in June Lenore has spent
time traveling and competing on the semi-professional level in the sport of
billiards as well as doing private coaching in volleyball and volunteer
work in New York and Jamaica. In 2008 Lenore was a co-founder of a growing
small business in the youth sports field, MAD Sports Inc. that was
developed during her tenure of 10 years as a college volleyball coach.
After building a strong following and clientele by 2012 Lenore stepped down
from the company, which is still growing in the NYC area, to pursue
personal goals. A total of 13 years of customer service experience, 6 years
of sales and 6 years of hospitality work experience provide a platform for
success in a number of different industries. Ideally, Lenore is looking to
grow with a company or organization that can utilize her various skills,
educational experiences and enthusiasm in creating positive relationships
with clients and coworkers, coupled with a creative thought process and
strong leadership abilities to ensure the success of the department or
program she is affiliated with.
