Personal statement

Sport has always been my passion and shows me that commitment and

motivation are central to any success. As a highly-motivated and goal

driven athlete I have a proven track record of reaching targets and more

importantly helping those along side me reach theirs. I have eight years of

teamwork and extreme discipline to offer.

Key skills

I am a member of the Great Britain women's Water Polo team and recently

competed at the London Olympic games. Having been involved in high level

sport and competition the majority of my life I feel I have an extensive

amount of experience and knowledge to offer any environment.

Having been part of a high performance centre for five years I have gained

many key skills including time management, teamwork and self motivation.

These have effectively enabled me to balance study and international sport,

achieving top grades whilst simultaneously competing at my sport at the

highest of levels. I've spent my whole career in an environment where only

the best is good enough, this for me is a natural mentality.
