cloning of gene into expression vector, gene expression in various hosts such as yeast and bacteria utilizing inducible promoter.

Performed plasmid DNA miniprep and maxiprep by Ethanol precipitation methods.

• Protein Purification: Purified proteins by HPLC- reverse phase and Ni-NTA columns. Estimated proteins using Bradford, BCA,

SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting methods.

• Lentiviral Platform: Performed Cloning and transfection of mammalian cells for recombinant protein production. Analyzed gene

expression using RT-PCR method and screened drugs for genotoxicity. Performed transfection using lipofectamine and PEI

methods.

• Antioxidant and Antiplatelet aggregation activity of the flower, Madhuca indica floral extract: Analyzed the beneficial health

effects of phenolic antioxidants in fruits and vegetables and concluded that the natural extract can be used as anti-

inflammatory, anti-mutagenic and antimicrobial agent. The phenolic content was found to increase with increase in the

concentration of floral extract. The content was also found to be used as a dietary supplement.
