historical arch bridges and roadway improvements. Duties; conduct field
inspection, coordinated various construction activities, verified all
dimensions layed out in the field matched the plans, project phasing,
reviewed claims & prepare force account analysis, review and supervise the
bridge temporary support, utilities relocation, cast-in-drilled hole piles,
expansion of abutments, reconstruction of arch ribs and column struts,
replacement of curb and sidewalks, drainage improvement, placement of steel
reinforcement and concrete pour, placement of the in-fill walls in the
channel, and observe materials testing and ensuring all work conformed to
plans and specifications.

structure buildings with local and state building code. Coordinated
design projects with appropriate engineers, architects and contractors,
filing plans and specifications and coordinating with City Engineers,
client interaction and presentation of design work
Ms Homsy completed preparing several plans for HUD and responded to the
plan checkers for over 40 projects for seismic retrofitting. She also
checked for any discrepancy or inconsistency in the drawings before the
start of construction and providing the guidance design support.
