I assist members (Medicare and Medicaid) with questions about their health care plan. Explain to
members the benefits and eligibility of their current plan. Locate doctors, assist provider, and
make necessary changes for members. Also I recently assisted a new hire class in a coach role,
this allowed me to act as a Supervisor, performing quality calls, coaching/mentoring the
representatives and acting as Workforce with monitoring their stats/schedules. I was recently
trained on Facets and Macess and I am still eagerly learning this new process along with an
additional state. While on this new team I worked as a team Subject Matter Expert and had the
ability to help draft some of the standard operating procedures and worked as a Liaison to the
Health plan.
