Started DeJaRo Dynamics Inc. as a grass roots consulting entity in 2001. Specialized in profit

improvement by improving all aspects of people and systems performance with the ultimate goal of

improving the “bottom-line” profitability. Clients in manufacturing, service organizations, retail, and non-
