PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

As a Practice Group Administrator with Hudson Global Resources, I am the initial point
of contact for over 200 technical consultants at multiple client sites. Responsibilities
includes entering all new hires and terminations, time sheet coordination, tracking of
expense reports, and inputting all records for both consultants and vendors in the
company’s in-house database (PeopleSoft) in order to ensure correct billing and
consultant payroll.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant with TMP/Cornell, provides support to the
President and CEO, other management staff, Account Managers and Technical
Recruiters. Makes travel arrangements; coordinates calendar activities; and organizes
meetings and conferences. Formats and scans technical resumes; updates candidate and
client records using in-house database (EZ-Access); and manages job postings and
resume receipts on major job boards (Monster, Computer Jobs, etc.). Performs database
monitoring, reporting and updating the system’s records. Maintains office filing system
and oversees equipment repairs/services. Office management including but not limited to
drafting routine correspondence, answering and screening calls, and handles office
supplies. Oversees other administrative support on an ad hoc duties as required.
