Develops, manufactures, sells, installs and supports fire protection and security solutions globally.

Director, Global Security & Compliance (2012 - Present)

Manage global initiatives related to security such as ePO, DLP, IPS, and SIEM. Successfully deployed McAfee endpoint

encryption to over 20K laptops. Implemented Mobile Iron mobile device management for over 30K devices to include

corporate liable and BYOD. Developed global baseline security profiles for mobile devices. Developed application

Tyco Fire Protection Products, Lansdale PA 2008 - 2012

Develops, manufactures and sells fire protection systems and associated piping and valves for home, commercial and

military applications around the globe.

Director, Global IT Operations (2008 - 2012)

Lead all infrastructure and application development activities across the company. Responsible for six globally dispersed data

centers running primarily Wintel and SQL Server with EMC storage. Manage resources located in four locations in the U.S.

and four locations across EMEA/APAC. Actively engaged in a corporate wide initiative to consolidate our over fifty global

data centers, collapse our distributed network, and integrate our active directories into one Tyco wide infrastructure.

Optimized our WAN through implementation of redundant circuits and utilization of Riverbed WAN accelerators. Riverbeds

resulted in over $500k in annual savings in circuit costs. Outsourcing email services to a Microsoft hosted cloud environment

that supports ITAR requirements. Establishing a fully managed data center for the hosting of our global SAP instance.

Actively migrating various ERP systems to SAP. Implemented a global data warehouse of over 4TB and growing for pricing

and G&A data migrating from Cognos to a Microstrategy business intelligence environment. Manage four strategic offshore

partners for application support and development activities. Achieved over $2M in savings for application support.

Consolidating a number of outsourced web hosting providers to an in-sourced environment resulting in over $300K in annual

savings. Implemented a state of the art security infrastructure along with network monitoring resulting in zero cyber incidents.

Vice President, Technology Operations (2007 - 2008)

Provide leadership and management direction for company’s technology infrastructures, both customer servicing production

environments and internal company technology infrastructure. Serve both tactically and strategically as the key interface with

IT vendors, including vendors utilized in conjunction with deployed equipment procurement, configuration, and delivery.

Maintain overall responsibility for establishing and managing the company’s business technology infrastructure plan, as well

as the capacity/performance plan for production processing centers and networking. Ensure systems and procedures are

HIPAA compliant. Responsible for developing IT policies (e.g. security, hardware deployment, data cleansing, change

management, and configuration control) and overall process improvement. Manage three geographically dispersed, state of

the art data centers (two outsourced hosting environments) with large-scale storage infrastructure (EMC Clariion, IBM Shark)

connected to numerous customer sites across the United States. Successfully performed an extensive upgrade to one data

center and physically moved another. Deploy, monitor, and manage company proprietary systems located at customer sites

across the country that have secure VPN links that we manage to our data centers. Manage Windows and Linux system

administrators (two shifts), web and application software development team (Java, PERL, C, and C database

hardware and software from that of supporting a pure data archiving model to one capable of extracting clinical intelligence

from our data sources that includes DICOM and HL7 data using SPSS Clementine software and data warehousing

PJM, LLC, Norristown, PA 2003 - 2007

Supports the largest competitive wholesale electricity market in the world meeting the power needs of over a dozen states

and Washington, D.C., which includes an IT infrastructure of over 800 servers.

Sr. Consultant to Executive Director Information Technology (2006 - 2007)

Directly supported the Executive Director Information Technology for an IT Division of over 130 personnel. Assisted

with overall strategy formulation, performance monitoring, budget preparation and execution. Managed the

administrative support group for IT that was responsible for all procurement, asset management, program and project

portfolio, and budgetary functions. Oversaw $36M O&M budget preparation and financial forecasting/tracking. Managed

successfully tracked status of daylight savings time conversion of affected systems. Developed first complete and
