Key Accomplishments
. Responsible for developing customer relationships to assure a
successful customer experience in support of machining, chemical and
mechanical processing, assembly & delivery of commercial and aerospace
products. Act as a liaison between customers and affected
organizations in resolution of quality related issues. Applied program
and project management skills, developing metrics, supporting policies
and processes in maintaining relationships with customers. Worked
closely with multiple organizations to ensure customer awareness and
sensitivity to key cultural and business issues.
. Key accomplishments include obtaining customer source delegation by
numerous customers, including Boeing, Airbus, Middle River, Honeywell
and Goodrich for multiple facilities as well as ISO9001/AS9100
certification. Developed and implemented Certified Operator Programs
for multiple facilities reducing staffing by 25%. Devolved an on-sight
supplier sourcing program increasing Supplier Quality from 90% to
99.5%. Created and managed a Supplier Source Delegation program
increasing quality while decreasing receipt-to-stock from 7-10 days to
1 day. Instrumental in obtaining NADCAP accreditation In Heat
Treatments and Finishes for our Prime facility along with a subsidiary
facility in the Midwest.

manufacturing industry. Multi-plant operational responsibilities for
all functions of the quality department including policy/procedure
development and maintenance, continuous improvement programs,
corrective actions and employee leadership and motivation. Developed
and maintained multi-plant tool calibration program monitoring both
