Ability Summary
I have 14yrs of inspection & Telecommunications experience in the petrochemical and government field. My
certifications and skill are: Level 2 Ultrasonics tester, Lev. 2 PT, Lev, 2 VT, Rope Access Lev. 3Technician. I
also have worked as an Jr. API inspector for a compliance project. Also worked on many cell tower jobs,ray
dome, flair replacement etc. Have vast knowledge with management skills and running crews. Irv also
worked on many construction repair projects in the off-shore waters. Erossion corrosion and x-ray jobs,
along with infrared and VT inspection in the Gulf. I've taken offshore water survival classes. Performed B-
scan with the Epic 4. Top side inspection. I have OSHA & 1ST aid training and have a TWIC 7 SPRAT card.

02/2013 - 11/2013 All Access Services Colorado Springs, CO
Worked for a small Colorado, Springs company that is just starting out. We worked as a team installing the
satellite system and ray domes from the ground up. This included building of the outer shell, of the dome.
While have use of a crane and scaffolding system. Our team would install all electrical and coaxial lines, as
well as the mechanical system and satellite dish & waveguide system. On top of dome we had to install
lighting rods, copper cabling, cad weld on base of tower. Then install all connections to the housing,
followed bye install of systems software. Then test and check system counter parts. Pack up then head to
next site.

acoustic emission system to calibrate & inspect on-line process piping.
