Responsibilities As a Mainframe DB2 DBA, I was extensively involved in

Performing DBA tasks like Objects creation & alterations,

Unload and re-load, Backup & recovery, DB2 Utilities and

having knowledge on RACF. Also as a team member involved

in migration of WINDOWS/AIX DB2 from Version 5.2 to DB2

V8.1 at clients location. The installation consists of an

intermediate server (Windows NT) and Main server (AIX

4.2). The migration involves, upgrading of database to

higher versions first i.e. DB2 V8.1 in Both the servers,

then migrate the live data from Old System to New system.
