I matched trucks in my area with the loads I had. I then transfer to a day dispatching job once it became available. I have a fleet of 50 drivers. I worked closely with my drivers getting them good miles and home time. I went back to school and transferred back to the night shift.

I worked for Eagle Carriers as a dispatcher. I had a fleet of 30 to 50 drivers. I also got my drivers loads when there was no company freight to haul. I worked with different brokers all over the country. I worked for Eagle Carriers till shortly before they filed bankruptcy. I was off for 3 months then went back to work for them as Core Trans as a recruiter. I placed ads in newspapers for drivers, verified all drivers paperwork and was certified to do DOT drug screens and Alcohol Tests. I kept all drivers files.
