. Developed a Front End Transactions (Debit and Credit Card

Transactions) application from files imported from Stratus system,

with multiple database connections and multiple GUIs, using Visual

Basic, MS Access for Electronic Merchant Services. This Debit and

Credit Card Transactions database produces batch reports in real-time,

reducing calls to Point of Sale department, and, increased customer

satisfaction levels.

. Developed Deployment and Replacement Terminals database using Visual

Basic and MS Access on Windows server, for EMS Warehouse Department,

tracking inventory (how many terminals etc. are in/out of service) and

better manage the deployment and replacements of the assets, also

eliminating the need for traveling back and forth from the warehouse

to AMEX.

. Developed Call Track databases (have accurate reports by Merchant,

like history calls, agents volume calling, volume of orders etc.)

using Visual Basic and MS Access on Windows NT as a server database in

connection with Deployment and Replacement Terminals database and

Transactions (Debit and Credit) applications. This database assists

the helpdesk to monitor any on-going problems for Merchants by giving

information about Merchants such as name, address, phone number,

banking information, status of terminal order, terminal circuit info

etc.

. Designed Asset Management database using Visual Basic and MS Access on

Windows server database for Asset Management Department. This database

was created to provide a tool that would enable the Asset Management

Department to manage information about their computer assets - i.e.

who had them, lease expiry, location, etc. - the entire full life

cycle.

. Designed and Implemented the 'Courses' database on Windows NT, MS

Access application for Technologies Operations - Service Management;

this enabled the management team to have reports on courses taken by

each employee, and ensure appropriately funding was allocated.
