My role included:

• Scheduled checks such as EMMA and EMP checks on DHC-8 and

DHC-6 aircraft’s electrical, instrument and radio systems using aircraft maintenance manuals

and troubleshooting snags.

• Managed the airlines png NiCad battery shop, maintaining and overhauling DHC-8 and DHC-6

NiCad batteries using Christie RF80-K charger analyzer.

• Numerous avionic modifications (UNSLW and GNS 430W Gps mods) on DHC-8 and DHC-6

aircrafts.

• Maintaining of aircraft avionics gps downloads.

• Assist in line maintenance and other unscheduled maintenances on DHC-8 and DHC-6

aircrafts.

• Run workshop tests on test equipment’s and repair components that need attention.

• IFE systems and weather radar modifications on DHC-8 and DHC-6 aircrafts.
