> May 2013-till date: Working as Training Lead in HGS International

Services Pvt Ltd.

. Presently (from 2nd May'2013) taking care of the HGS BS Training

department.

. Establishing the Training Governance and Compliance for one of the

major Telecom giants - Airtel

. Managed different LOBs, i.e. Inbound consisting of Prepaid, Postpaid,

GPRS and Outbound consisting of DOB, with 5 circles i.e. WB, B&J, OR,

ASSAM and NESA.

. Hiring and Hiring Calibration.

. Pre Process and Process Training Management.

. Responsible for the Training Need Analysis of business units and

support functions through analyzing operational reports; carrying out

discussions with unit and department heads.

. Handling a new project of Training portal, which has been rolled out

from the central governance team.

. Handled successfully a project of system generated Mock calls in NHIP

training.

. Currently managing team of 12 Trainers and 4 Mock QAs.

. Managing reviews with Clients and internal stake holders and

Governance team.

. Handled 20 batches in ramp up situations.

> Feb 2012-Apr 2013: Worked as Training Lead in Hinduja Global Solutions

. From 1st Feb'2012 took care of the HGS training department.

. Handled team of 22 trainers and 5 KMTs (Knowledge management team).

. Preparing all type of reports.

. Taking care of NHIP and Refresher.

. Pre Process and Process Training Management.

. Training Demand Planning: support Training division in planning and

scheduling training for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

. Conducting TTT for team members.

. Training reports- Training Calendar, Training Tracker, Training KPI

and dashboards.

. Hiring Candidates- Assessing Voice and Accent and Conversational

Competency Skills.

> 2010-2012: Worked as a Trainer in Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd.

. Worked a GPRS Trainer from 1st Dec'2010 to 1st Feb'2012.

. Took 11 NHIP batches in GPRS process.

. Back to back 100% throughput given for the 1st three batches taken.

. Handled the GPRS process single handled, i.e. NHIP and refreshers.

> May 2010-Dec 2010: Worked as a CRO in GPRS process in Hinduja Global

Solutions Ltd.

. Worked as a CRO from 10th May'2010 to 1st Dec'2010.

> 2005-2006: Worked As Faculty in Sandip Academy of Engineering.
