QA Inspector

I am currently assigned to the 747 VIP program to include previous

aircrafts of C32/757 Modification, KC135 PDM, and KC135 GATM, programs.

Duties include inspections, non-conformity reviews, and production cards,

withhold tags, audits, surveillances and delivery of parts and aircraft.

Work cross functionally with Shop employees, Estimate & Pricing,

Manufacturing Engineering, Health & Safety, Supply, Management and the

customer (DCMA). Consistently perform audits and surveillances to identify

and evaluate on Non-Conformance Reports, Production Cards, company

procedures and policies to eliminate inconsistencies for job requirement on

baseline measures and enforce process evaluations as appropriate to ensure

effectiveness. Other duties included performing audits by inspecting

government and company equipment for technical order conformances by

documenting deficiencies. I also audit records before final closure on Non-

Conformance Reports and Production Cards for accurate information that is

provided by the technician. Daily job performance includes, Production

Technician

Boeing San Antonio KC-135 Global Air Traffic Management (GATM) Electrical

and Avionics Technician - Performed all electrical and avionics repairs.

Modified aircraft to remove, install, and performed continuity checks on

all systems. Build connectors, plugs, and cable connections for any type of

components. Received a Manufacturing Self Examination (MSE 2) with the

responsibilities of inspecting MSE1 and Mechanics with no MSE stamp to

relief GATM QA so that they can perform other duties which involved

customer buy off.

United State Air Force Reserves Oct. 2001 to Oct. 2002 and Feb.

2003 to June 2004

Activated with the United State Air Force Reserves for 9/11 Terrorist

Rank: Master Sergeant/E7 grade Secret clearance - Preformed supervisor

duties as a Production Expeditor for the 433 AMXS flight line for the C5

Cargo Aircraft. As a Supervisor, I had to identify critical jobs from

routine tasks and adjust priorities when appropriate. I have to ensure that

required equipment and materials are in appropriate locations so that

others can do their work effectively. I also had to take advantage of

available resources to complete work efficiently. As a supervisor, I had to

plan and organize my workforce in order to accomplish the critical jobs at

hand. I had to assigning and reassigning individuals and materials on

priority jobs so that we can get an aircraft in the air on schedule was one

way I knew the job was being done right. I have the ability to identify

complications and make timely tough decisions. Major duties included roll

call, aircraft assignments, job assignments, welfare and morale, awards and

decorations, discipline, launch and recovery, ordering parts using

Illustrated Parts Brake down Technical Orders and ordering parts using GO81

access and parts delivery, time keeping from jobs assignments, daily

Electrical and Avionics Technician - Removed, installed, repaired, and

performed continuity checks on all electrical wires being installed on

aircraft. Responsible for following wiring diagrams, drawings and technical

data that related to that specific job being performed. Also included was

to follow the directions of the electrical lead and manager when directed.

I demonstrated teamwork by helping my teammates when they would fall behind

in their work assignments. I was assigned to a team that would consider

every ones opinions and decide as a team which idea would best work for our

work assignments.

USAFR 433 AW/AMXS March 1988 to March 2010

Retired; Lackland AFB, TX. Expeditor - Production Team Supervisor; E-

7/MSGT Secret clearance - Began career as an Electrical Environmental

Systems technician (2A676). I worked on C5 cargo aircraft maintenance

problems by troubleshooting, removing, replacing, overhauling, and

repairing using technical orders, maintenance manuals, and work cards to

accomplish task. Duties included termination of cannon plugs, final route

and clamp of wire harnesses, wire splice repairs, back shop overhaul of

components, water separators, air exit door actuators, etc.
