Responsible for hitting monthly goals Calling clients that rented vehicles with enterprise either by insurance claims or just rented them for their vacations. They was either some kind of damaged done to the vehicle or the payment that they used with their credit card didn’t go through. Had to call and get them to pay of what they owed. Had to call insurance companies and credit card companies to check on a claim and or file a claim. If they didn’t pay off the amount that was owed they wouldn’t be able to rent a vehicle until it was paid off. Did skip tracing to locate the clients that owed the money

Nov 2010-Responisble for reaching monthly goals, calling clients that owed money to their previous apartment complex that they used to live in. Explained why they owed money went over the documents w. them, emailed, faxed. Set them up on payment arrangements, offered settlements, if they wanted it off their credit report they would have to pay balance in full. If they didn’t pay at all we had the authority to advise them of the consequences and send them to the legal department. . We had daily goals we had to hit, and every month we had to send at least four accounts to the legal department

Sep 2008 I had to hit monthly goals I hit the goals for the time that I was there. I had to assist customers that had past debts with sprint accounts. We were on an auto dialer all day, trying to make the customer pay either partial of the bill, payment plans, and or pay off the debt. If they decided to pay the debt off we had the authority to take it off their credit report if it hit it already.

We had the authority if they didn't pay in a certain amount of time that we could garnish their wages, and if they owned their home we could but a lean on it.
