Advanced Technical Services Field Technical Sales Specialist and Systems Engineer

• Part of a team within IBM dedicated to providing advanced planning and support skills to

customers both before and during the sale of IBM products.

• Worked with some of IBM’s largest customers in implementing new technologies into their

existing infrastructures and/or assisted in design of replacement infrastructures.

• Sold and supported IBM’s latest Intel based server and storage technologies and served as

technical server rep in many accounts.

• Installed/Configured server partitioning software on xSeries servers (VMWare ESX on

x440).
