Warehouse Associate, 06/2005 to Current

Target – 25 N 75th Avenue Phoenix, Az 85041

As a warehouse associate I move product throughout the distribution center. I also pick product from floor and rack locations to meet customer needs in a timely manner. I also put product away in floor locations or rack locations. To complete these tasks I use powered equipment which includes standup forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider triples and tuggers. I also have experience doing inventory management. This positions requires me to collect all damaged product from the entire building and sort through it to either damage it out or process it to be sent on to the stores. This function also requires me to partner with other my other warehouse associates to either clean a spill up or take care of any warehouse related issues in a timely manner. I partner with other departments to complete my tasks and help out with any thing that needs to be taken care of. I also have experience unloading vendor freight from trailers onto conveyer belts so it can be moved throughout the building either to be loaded onto out going trailers or to be stored in the warehouse until its needed.
