Malibu Pier Partners is a development company that has leased the Malibu Pier from the California Department of Parks and
Recreation. MPP now runs a sport fishing/whale watching tour business and sub-leases retail space to multiple businesses and
restaurants. TPA is a real estate management company in San Francisco. SherLeff is an environmental law firm defending the
public water source from pollution caused by oil companies.
