Electronic and Mechanical assembler. Duties include assembling portable and mobile

radios, creating labels for assembled radios, rework and repair PCB’s when required.

Environmental Testing (thermal, vibration, shock and vacuum). Troubleshooting, repairing,

calibrating, tuning and aligning controllers. Electronic Assembler building, soldering,

inspecting my own rework.

001 certification class3). Solder per DOD STD 2000A, Solder thru hole PWB, Cable

Harness Assy, using crimp Tools While performing the duties of this job. Worked on

Common Control, Power Control, Pressure Control, Interim Pressure Control, Navigation

System, Value Test Unit, Delay Bracket Assembly, Aerostat Strobe, Pay laud navigation

computer assembly, Common Junction Box.

Rockwell Collins, Melbourne, Fl, 06/2009 to 01/2010. Avionic Electronic Solderer. Duties

include Soldering per DOD STD 2000A, Solder thru hole PWB. Assembled Avionic

Equipment, that was to be installed in the cockpit of Boeing 747’s.

Mc Assembly, Palm Bay, Fl, 07/2008 to 06/2009. Electronic and Mechanical Assembler.

Duties include Test Operator, Box Builder, Assembly line worker, In circuit testing. Testing

boards, mechanical assemblies and checking the power of the boards. Also soldered,

rework & self inspected work. Worked with diagrams, layouts, power tools, etc. and

performed quality control when necessary.

building wire harnesses per drawings.
