I am an IT professional with 14 years of experience. Before entering IT I studied
philosophy. I’ve worked for 4 years as a Java developer. The past 5 years I have
been working as a Business/Functional Analyst, and as a Project manager. I
am open for offers for one of these roles. Depending on the conditions offered I'd
like to work as a freelancer or an employee. I’d like to work in an internationally
oriented environment.
I am used to work in agile project but I just earned my Professional Scrum

Primaweb is a full application for Belgian
"Public_Centre_for_Social_Welfare" 3 organisations .
this application is available via web.
As the Primaweb app provides a lot of complex functions,
access to the application has to be diversified in function

Belgacom
Belgacom leases part of its copper wire network to its
competitors. These other telecom companies, taking a
lease, can offer their own products to their customers
over the Belgacom network, such as DSL, VoIP and
Digital TV.
The Laika project involves enabling the Belgacom IT
systems to process orders in XML format from these
telecom companies.
The orders are partly automatically processed and partly
handled by Infosys offshore operators in India.
Wouter managed an onshore team of 4 and an offshore
team of 20. He and the onshore team have set up this
project from scratch.
