Experience working in a rural family practice community clinic. Job duties include: triaging and rooming

patients, taking health history, updating allergies, medications and patient reminders, obtaining a subjective

note in an EMR system, taking phone calls from patients and communicating with providers, and appropriate

office staff, scheduling appointments with other providers and other radiology/lab procedures, obtains

per-authorizations. Other experience includes: assisting physician with radiology procedures, preforming

phlebotomy, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, hematocrit and hemocult testing, assisting physician with office

procedures including fracture care, minor surgical procedures and assisting with wound care. Other duties

include stocking and ordering supplies, checking expiration and managing crash card medications.
