• Responsible for payroll data verification and entry to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing of remuneration
payments to employees using the Payroll Software.
• Monitoring & verified attendance of the employees
• Prepare and finalized attendance sheet for all employees.
• Maintain daily leaves record & prepare a monthly tracker.
• Prepare leaves record with employees on monthly basis.
• Deduction from employee’s salary as per leave policy.
• Pay rolling (Prepare salary of all employees pan India level and forward to Accounts).
• Calculate total manpower engaged and total cost involved.
• Medical insurance of employees and deduction for medical insurance.
• Prepare salary slips on monthly basis.
• Prepare and Process final Settlements of Employees
• Process leave applications and ticket entitlement of employee’s
• Prepare TDS calculation sheet of staff and collect their saving documents to prepare calculation.
• Handling of PF & ESI Nomination and withdrawal forms. Deduct PF & ESI from individual’s
• Assist in Arranging travel & hotel booking.
• Having good knowledge of various tax deduction from employees Salary & Tax Filing to Govt. Department.
• Well Knowledge of Indian Government Labor and Law & Taxes
• Handling employee’s queries and grievances. Assists with employee through avenues such as company meetings, one-
on-one meetings and telephonic calls.
• Updating the employees from time to time about the company policies and changes if there is any.
• Full & final settlements.
• Coordinate with concerned department for final settlement.
• Maintain leave record, attendance, Salary sheets & Salary slips of employees working on client site.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by management
