• This is a high end nationwide chain of salon specializing in providing spa services for residential community

salons.

• My duties as District Manager of Nevada, California and Colorado was to be the first contact for the management

of the communities, clients/residents and stylist employed by Salon PS. I would communicate, address and

resolve the needs of the community or stylist on a day to day basis. My duties include performing all hiring/

terminating as well as corrective coaching. While helping to secure new salons, start up, remodeling, and day to

day operations, for a fast growing company in my region.

My duties as a team leader was to ensure the children had a safe, secure place to live with daily routines and

activities while in the state or county custody. I ensured staff under me and children followed rules and maintained

active curriculum while giving support and guidance.
