Served as CQA Monitor for the construction of the low permeability layer,
and protective cover layer as part of the final cover system at the site's
construction and demolition (C&D) landfill. Utilizing GPS and a nuclear
density gauge of Site A at Reno County Municipal Solid Waste Landfill.
Module 7 CQA, Plumb Thicket Waste Connections Landfill; Harper, Kansas:
Served as CQA Monitor for the construction of the sub-grade, clay liner
layer, and top of sand utilizing GPS and a nuclear density gauge of Module
7 at Plumb Thicket Waster Connections Landfill.
