PROJECT MANAGER: Complete responsibility of managing the
construction of modular, remote, workforce accommodation
lodges. Lodges include dormitory style sleeping
arrangements, full service commercial kitchen and dining
hall, recreation centers, laundry facilities, and free
standing lobby building. Responsibilities include, contract
negotiations, estimating, scheduling, consultant management,
budgeting, permitting, obtaining General Contractor's
license in various states, and procurement. Also
responsible for acquiring both leased and purchased
properties for the company land bank. Responsible for
completing the renovation of the company manufacturing plant
located in Johnstown, CO including Civil, Architectural, and

all phases of the construction process of a self-funded,
multiple building, apartment complex located in
Longmont, CO. Permitting, scheduling, contract
negotiations, consultant management, and obtained the
General Contractor license to act as the developer/builder
on the project.

of multi-tier subcontractors. Project coordination with all

2/07 - 3/10 Adams Mendel Allison Construction Inc. Lakewood,
Colorado
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: Managing several, high intensity,
fast paced projects simultaneously, while maintaining the
highest levels of production, safety, and quality.
Preparing subcontracts, complete buyout of every project,
preparing payment applications, Owner Change Order
documents, and correspondence between Owners, Architects and
Interior Designers. Effectively conduct weekly job site
meetings between Owner, Architect, and Contractor. Train
and mentor Junior Project Managers and help resolve problems

PROJECT MANAGER: Turned around a troubled project after the
previous contractor had been replaced by the
developer and continued with the production of the project.
Also prepared a new completion schedule and revised estimate
valued at over $17 million for the completion of the
project. Simultaneously managed a multi-building 50 unit
upscale town home development from pre-construction through
infrastructure phase through building construction valued at
over $35 million. Preparing payment applications, Owner
Change Orders, Owner Contracts, and Subcontracts for
execution.
6/98 - 4/06 Adams Mendel Allison Construction Inc. Denver,
Colorado
SUPERINTENDENT/PROJECT MANAGER: Promoted from
Superintendent to Project Manager to head up the Special
Projects division. Duties include managing multiple
projects simultaneously, drafting project completion
schedules, tracking labor and material costs for each
project, project budgeting, cost loading budgets into
accounting system, conducting weekly project meeting with
owners, preparing meeting minutes, preparing and presenting
all proposed changes in contract value to the owners,
preparing and submitting monthly payment applications,
drafting scopes for all subcontracts, preparing and
submitting project closeout documents (as-built drawings and
Operation and Maintenance Manuals). Other duties include
maintaining a complete WARRANTY program including
subcontractor coordination, self performed repairs, client
coordination, and tracking all warranty issues with semi-
annual reviews with entire company. Also responsible for
tracking, maintaining, repairing and/or replacing all
company tools.
