As a supplier and team leader in the British Army my roles and responsibilities include:
• Receiving, issuing, storing, and maintain all types of equipment and materials such as
Clothing, Rations, Motor and Mechanical parts, Ammunition, fuels and Lubricants.
• Enacting and abiding with in the rules of health and safety, carrying out contingency plans,
assessing them and putting them in to action ensure a non hazardous and safe environment
• Monitor usage of stores taking part of a team, and overlook day to day routines with in the
work environment
• Advise and liaise with superiors, inform them of any problems, Objectives and of normal day
to day routines
• Handling of dangerous and hazardous goods and materials, whilst regularly documenting and
maintain log books.
Achievements
Taking part in a team, to deal and tackle the many problems ahead of us ranging from the workload,
Conditions, Consequences if measures and safety precautions where not put in place and practice.
With us working together as a team, we were able to deliver vital supplies to fellow work colleagues
who were relying on us to deliver to do there job, and was able to scuessfully deliver the cargo with
the help of my team mates with no incidents occurring.
