Responsibilities: The support of production in a high paced industrial environment. This
included the troubleshooting, repair, set up, installation, rebuild and preventive
maintenance on all aspects of the equipment and building: including electrical, electronic,
pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic. Equipment ranged from electro mechanical
controlled to advanced CNC equipment such as Urban cleaners, welders, and saws, GED
and Bilco Glass loaders & cutters. Devices include: AC/DC drives, various switches and
cylinders, pneumatic and hydraulic valves,
servo motors, drives and amplifiers. PLC's and computers. Also responsible for recording
parts & time via oracle maintenance soft ware.
Electronics Technician, Leggett & Platt Inc., 1998-2007
Duties included installation and troubleshooting of various electronic and electrical devices
and circuits. This includes but is not limited to motor control circuits, programmable feeder
controls, temperature controllers, safety light curtains, servo motors, servo amplifiers,
encoders, AC/DC motor drives including: ABB, Reliance, US and Fuji. Reliance electric
