Project Title: GSM based Car Event Data Logging

Description:Car accident have increased to a great extent

nowadays.There is a need to know the exact cause of accident. Car Event

Data Logger (EDL) continuously monitors different parameters like cabin

temperature, speed,door status,fuel level on LCD.Whenever there is accident

all these parameters are send to a pre-recorded number through GSM

Module.Micro-controller used is P89v51RD2.Hence the exact cause of accident

could be known.The information would help Insurance Companies,investigators

to know cause of accident.

ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Secured 1st in ROBO-RACE held at SNDT college of Engg,

Yeola.Maharashtra in March 2012.
