• Responsible for the end-to-end administration of Company, Federal, and State leaves of

absence for Marsh & McLennan Companies and its operating companies located in the

United States- (STD), (LTD), (FMLA), (WC), military leaves, paid parental, and personal

leaves of absence

• Effectively manage end-to-end process of employee leaves for FMLA, non-FMLA, short-
