PROFILE

Highly analytical sales and marketing professional. Increased sales team?s effectiveness by defining

product selling points, filling leadership roles, and managing resources to accomplish project goals.

Skilled using Excel and PowerPoint to examine data and present information. Problem-solver that takes

initiative and enjoys seeing the team and individuals succeed.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Intel, Santa Clara Nov 2012 ?Present

Sales Representative / Analyst

I work for the Intel Media group within Intel. The purpose of the group is to launch online entertainment

products. Due to product delays my work has been primarily as a competitive intelligence analyst and

support for our beta testing program.

By partnering with engineers I created an application for the sales team that allows them to input key

criteria (price, features, channels) and see all of our competitors? options that are available to the customer

in that location. From there you can zoom in and do a side by side comparison with our product; you can

also see how long it takes to reach a break-even total cost. In addition, I collated much of data for our

competitor database and continue to provide research on best practices and differentiators in the industry.

My secondary focus is coordinating beta testing deployment and technical support for the testers. I

managed initial deployment with a team of 2-4 across five Intel campuses. This included performing one-

on-one interviews with testers to collect data on their initial impressions with the product. Since then I've

provided ongoing technical support, working with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Other responsibilities include:

? Managing the beta testing portal: onboarding testers, sending out all of our email communications,

creating surveys, analyzing survey and forum data, and then presenting it to senior leadership.

? Writing the daily informational report to keep the sales/customer service teams updated on the industry.

? A month long stint as supervisor for our 15 member team in my supervisor's absence, during which I

provided evaluations, mentoring, and coaching.

? Working with the UX team on usability studies; providing feedback on possible product improvements.

SAGE Center for the Study of the Mind December 2011 - June 2012

UCSB Attention and Behavior Lab, Santa Barbara

Research Assistant

I worked on multiple studies as a research assistant for two of the psychology research labs at UCSB.

For the Attention and Behavior Lab I assisted on various studies regarding bias and perception. We

examined the way series of letters influenced the way a subject perceives a message depending on the

speed at which they are presented. In another study, we placed a subject in a hypothetical setting and then

presented ambiguous messages, which changed the way he or she interpreted them. Finally, we performed

studies for the military, looking at how peripheral cues affected reaction times.

For the Sage Center for the Study of the Mind I developed a model to study the evolution of intelligence

in mammal species. To create the model I collected data on the behavioral mechanisms in existing

species. With this data in hand we performed statistical analyses to project behaviors of extinct species.
