Extensive re-design of vendor created training modules to reflect changes in the OSHA, regulatory compliance

requirements or Accident Prevention Manual, conferring with Subject Matter Experts for accuracy and

approval.

Identified year over year gaps between training and student retention. Researched, purchased and

implemented software to collect data and assess utility worker knowledge of compliance issues. With real-time

question/response, follow-up discussions resulted in higher student retention of critical compliance knowledge.

Consulted with Special Services and Implementation Division (SSID) stakeholders to redesign and implement

instructional strategies. Work in partnership with client to update SAP training qualification profile for each

position to reflect training needs as specified by regulatory requirements and SSID management.

Improved instructor consistency and delivery of PowerPoint presentations by adding transitions, giving them

more natural breaks and opening up more opportunities for ongoing discussions.

Surveyed existing SSID procedures and created a new reporting structure to better manage the annual
