Technical writing:

•Developed and composed technical reports, documents, and memos in the areas of law enforcement,

security, and military law.

•Wrote lesson plans and executed the training in areas of unarmed self-defense, enforcement of law,

convoy operations, air base defense, and personal/squad security measures.

•Created study guides and tests for certifications in several duty positions including patrolman and base

defense operations controller.

•Reviewed, edited, and prepared paperwork (blotters and incident reports) for higher command base wide.

Emergency Management:

•Operated the 911 emergency line; effectively dispatched and managed patrols to potentially life

threatening incidents. Coordinated multi-agency responses to emergencies through timely and efficient

•Managed 8-20 flight level personnel daily on a variety of tasks and situations ranging from relief of posts

to completion of important paperwork for judicial process.

•Enforced law and prescribed standards of conduct and discipline for approximately 6,300 personnel.

•Investigated minor crimes, obtains admissions, confessions, statements of witness and finalizes reports

•Provided for the prevention of pilferage, protection of monies and properties.

•Dispatched and dissolved high risk incidents such as domestic violence and suicide threats.

Accomplished through highly effective verbal communication as well as physical techniques.

•Operated the Base Defense Operations Center which directed personnel to emergencies such as a crash

landing of an aircraft on runway. Superior verbal communication skills in a high pressure situation was

required.

•Conducted fly away security missions all over Afghanistan and into Pakistan for distinguished visitors.
