Experience

As a Rig Manager safety is first, everybody goes home. Rig cost is reported daily, reports done on time,

equipment checked and inspected daily and documented, inventory on parts monitored. Rig moves are

scheduled and done effectively on time. Crews are managed and motived to do a task correctly. Daily pre-

tour meetings, Crews are t rained in their position and monitored daily. They are asked to ask questions

before an accident occurs or equipment failure. All equipment will have daily documents such motor

books, mud pumps, drill pipe, drill collars. The Well is drilled to its program

I have eight years of experience as a Rig Manager, no LTA, minimum down time, safety meetings

scheduled and done correctly. Make sure all equipment is functional and inventory on rig list tested and

repaired when needed. Inspection done on t ime and sent in to be fixed. Top Drive experience five years,

ton miles done, correct cut on drilling line, drill pipe and drill collars inspected, mud pumps liners sized

to well program, personal t rained correctly. Familiar with computer programs such as Pason and Totco

for monitoring well statistics.

Ten years drilling, power r igs, diesel electric r igs, with top drive, st-80 and turning in daily reports,

correct safety procedures are being executed on a daily basis, and most importantly evaluating that the

crew is well disciplined and motivated. All to make sure the job is done correctly, safely, and on time.

Worked on high psi wells, horizontal wells, and land rigs.

Married for twenty-one years with two children.

The rigs I worked on range from 700hp to 2000hp rigs

Formations drilled are Woodford Shale, Barnett Shale, Fayetteville Shale, and Mississippi Shale. The
